Welcome to Portadrill Midwest, LLC. In January 2020, the remaining assets of Portadrill have been acquired by Portadrill Midwest LLC.  Portadrill is a wholly owned entity of Gingerich Well & Pump Service LLC. It is our intent to work to be able provide Portadrill owners with parts and support to continue to maintain their drilling rigs. The assets include casting patterns, prints, and vendor and customer lists.

Portadrill History

The first Portadrill was manufactured in 1945. Production continued through 1983 and included several variations and improvements. Portadrills are portable rotary drilling machines designed for drilling water wells, shallow oil and gas wells, mineral exploration holes, mine and quarry blast holes, and seismic shot holes.  Many Portadrills around the globe are still used today by loyal customers. It is our pleasure to provide parts necessary to maintain these versatile machines.
